Practitioners at work


Jerry Nwigwe is one of the practitioners of ICED. He is a Microenterprise and business development specialist and has assisted rural and urban communities in Africa to developed a more inclusive and sustainable approach to solving their own social and economic problems. ICED practitioners are just facilitators and communities own every steps and processes. When you give communities access and participation in CED,it would guarantee a more practicable and sustainable approach to solving their problems. Jerry's CED practice has provided him with an opportunity to work with women cooperatives and youth groups focusing on market linkages, business development and value chain. His work involves innovative project and curriculum designs on CED practices, training and business plan development and lastly inclusive Microfinance program for the marginalized and vulnerable groups.
